A tunnel wash drags the same spinning brushes over every car that came before yours. That is where most swirl marks come from.

- Heavy condition — kids, pets, or winter salt ground into the carpet — adds 25–35%. You hear that number before we start, never after.
- Naperville, Downers Grove, Bolingbrook — $39 travel charge, waived when we already have another job in your area that day.
- Second vehicle at the same address — $30 off. We are already parked there, so you may as well use us.
The jobs a regular wash won't touch
Add any of these to a package, or book one on its own. Price depends on the vehicle and how bad it is, so we quote you before we start. Uber and Lyft drivers welcome — a bad Saturday night is our normal Sunday morning.
Accident & deep soiling cleanup
Vomit, pet accidents, spilled milk or food gone bad. We extract it, treat the source with enzymes and deal with the smell rather than covering it. Rideshare drivers: we work weekend mornings and send a receipt for your claim.
Pet hair removal
Dog hair woven into carpet doesn't vacuum out. We lift it with rubber tools and brushes first, then extract — the difference is obvious on the back seat.
Winter salt flush
Salt works into carpet, seat rails and the underbody all winter. This pulls it out before it stains fabric permanently or starts corrosion underneath.
Odor treatment
For smoke, pets, spilled milk or a leak that dried badly. We treat the source rather than spraying something floral over it.
Headlight restoration
Yellowed, cloudy lenses sanded and polished clear, then sealed against UV. Cheaper than new housings and you see it the first night you drive.
Trim restoration
Faded grey plastic on bumpers, mirrors and door trim brought back to a deep black finish and protected from fading again.

Before you book
How are you different from a drive-through car wash?
A tunnel wash runs spinning brushes over every car that came before yours, and that is where most swirl marks come from. We wash by hand: foam first to lift grit, two buckets so dirt never goes back on the paint, and separate towels for wheels, paint and glass. It takes longer, and that is the point.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes — that is how we work. The van carries its own water and power, so we don't need your hose, your outlet or your garage. Street parking or a driveway is enough.
What products do you use? Are they safe?
Professional, pH-balanced products made for automotive surfaces — safe on paint, leather, Alcantara, screens and modern trim. On anything delicate or unusual we test a small hidden area first.
What should I take out of the car before you arrive?
Anything valuable or personal, and child seats if you can get them out easily. Loose items we find get bagged and set aside rather than thrown out, but we would rather you handled your own valuables — please don't leave cash, documents or electronics in the car.
How is the price decided?
Three things: the size of the vehicle, its current condition, and any add-ons you want. We look the car over and give you the number before any work starts. If something unexpected turns up mid-job, we stop and ask rather than adding it to the bill.
How long does it take?
An Express Refresh is usually about an hour and a half. A full detail runs longer depending on size and condition — we'll give you a realistic window when we quote, so you can plan your day around it.
What payment do you take?
Card, cash or check, paid when the work is done and you’ve looked the car over. Need an invoice or receipt for a work vehicle? Just ask.
What if I need to cancel or move the appointment?
Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and it costs nothing — we will find another day that suits you. Inside 24 hours we charge half the price of the service, because the slot is held for you and we turn other work away to keep it. Weather is our problem, not yours: if conditions would spoil the result, we move you ourselves and there is no charge.
Is there anything you won't clean?
We handle everyday messes, including bodily fluids and pet accidents — that is ordinary work for us, and there is no need to feel awkward about asking. What we are not is a biohazard remediation company: anything involving a serious injury or a death needs a licensed specialist, and we will point you to one rather than take the job. Send a photo first and we will tell you honestly whether it can be saved, because some stains and odours only come out with new upholstery.
Do you work through the Chicago winter?
Yes, and winter is when it matters most — salt does its damage between November and March, not in July. We work around the weather and will move your appointment if conditions would spoil the result.
